If you facing trouble exporting order, we recommend that you first export Products and Customers then export Orders.
If there are still some issues, please check the logs. In most of the cases the cause of problem is very small. For example, the product price may be missing or customer’s address maybe empty or incomplete. You can get the cause of problem by reading the logs.
Logs can be found at WooCommerce > Status > Logs and then select the venus_wave from the dropdown.
If the error is technical, please share the logs with our support team. We will be happy to look at the problem.
